Fresh Salmon Portions

As fresh as it gets. Two portions of Superior Scottish Salmon fillets. Weight range is 310-350g (minimum weight 300g). So easy to cook. Season and roast in over for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C, or perfect for BBQ (we recommend surrounding in foil) or even simpler, pan fry for 8-10 minutes.

7 days shelf life from date of dispatch (5/6 days on arrival) and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
